Payroll and Finance Officer

Job: Part time Payroll and Finance Assistant, Location: Burgess Hill

A part time job of Payroll and Finance Assistant has become available in Burgess Hill. Working 5 mornings per week, the successful candidate will be working as part of a small finance team and will have full responsibility for the payroll function. They will also assist the general finance team with bank reconciliations, invoicing and allocating payments.
The successful candidate will be able to work under their own initiative as well as assisting with other duties to aid the other team members when required. A car driver is also a preference for this post.

The key skills and responsibilities include:
Payroll, 100+ staff paid monthly, RTI is in place and running successfully
Updating all staff records for sickness, maternity, holiday etc
Bank reconciliations
Processing sales invoices, liaising with credit control
Allocation of payments
Ad-hoc duties as and when required to assist with peaks in workflow
