Payroll and HR Assistant, Saudi Arabia recruitment
The ideal candidate has to process the monthly payroll for staff and assist the HR Manager with various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Update all payroll processes as well as overtime payments.
- Generate periodic payroll reports including payroll and allowances.
- Maintain all payroll data and deal with employee salary and payroll queries.
- Coordinate with company PRO for all paper work related to Iqama/Residence Permits and entry visas.
- Assist the HR Manager to process new starters and leavers including employment contracts and inductions packs.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience of working in an HR department in a financial institution in the GCC, ideally Saudi.
- Sound knowledge of payroll processing.
- Strong experience with HR systems.
- Bilingual - English and Arabic.
- Must be male.
