Payroll and HR Officer

PAYROLL/HR OFFICER - CANARY WARF - PREMIUM LEISURE COMPANY - £30K

An extremely prestigious Leisure company based in Canary Warf is looking to recruit a Payroll and HR Officer. The company boasts high profile members including some of the UK's best known celebrities. The Payroll and HR functions are both outsourced and they are bringing someone in to be the sole point of contact and manage the relationships with both outsource providers.

Payroll

- Two separate monthly Payrolls with a total of approximately 130 employees
- Two outsource providers are Fourth Hospitality and Morepay (experience of these not essential)
- SMP, SSP, SPP administration
- Auto-enrolment administration (staged 1st July 14)
- Reporting to FD and Management Accountant
- Benefits administration such as Ride to Work , Private Medical Insurance, etc.

HR

-Audit files and HR system
- Manage Employee database
- Recruitment administration and organisation
- Work with external HR provider to ensure legislation and compliance is correct

It is essential for this role that you can demonstrate regular use of MS Excel in previous roles.
