Payroll and Pensions Auto Enrolment Manager

PAYROLL AND PENSIONS AUTO ENROLMENT MANAGER - £35K - £40K - CHELSEA

The role will be initially focussed on implementing auto enrolment. The role will develop to support both the HR and Finance function very closely. The company is dynamic and supports flexibility within your role so you will be able to adapt your role into a preferred direction.

Payroll
• Payroll for UK companies
• Dealing with all payroll queries.
• Dealing with Inland Revenue, DSS, CSA, Employment and Mortgage Ref's
• Raising all statutory forms, inc. P45, P46, P60's, P11’d’s
• Dealing with all aspects of SSP and SMP
• Monthly payroll Journals
• Implementing a global payroll system (Paterson’s)
• Setting up bank accounts for Foreign staff
• Expenses
• Dealing with benefits, salary sacrifices
• Assisting with other payrolls in Amsterdam Office and where ever required globally
• Dealing with Relocations to UK

HR
• Raising all staff contracts / Leaving / Redundancies issues
• Staff Relocations
• Dealing with all Staff queries dealing with their employment
• Work Visa and Permits – setting up and applying for visa and the new legislation from the home office ( Tier 2)
• Dealing with staff Relocation to Uk.
• Maintain and setting up staff files

Finance
• Analysis
• Reconciliations
• Reporting and journals
