Payroll & Benefits Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Group Payroll Benefits Supervisor to join a Globally recognised and successful brand.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller your main duties and responsibilities will include accurate and timely processing of global payrolls, including ‘start–to-finish’ processing for the UK/North America and liaison with appointed Agents for the EU. To provide help, assistance and advice when required to group employees on any payroll or employee benefit associated queries. To liaise closely with internal departments, especially human resources, on all payroll and relevant employee benefits matters.Accurate and timely payments of all required employee and employer taxes, pension contributions. Accurate and timely provision of all Payroll Year End information to relevant statutory entities, including P11D and PSA to HMRC in the UK.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Payroll processing and dealing with statutory entities, international experience (particularly North America would be an advantage).Also experience in dealing with employee related benefits – administration is essential.
