Payroll Bureau Manager

A growing organisation in Surrey are seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Manager for their award winning Shared Service Centre. You will split your time between two sites in Surrey and East Sussex so should be able to commute to both locations.

You will have overall responsibility for a payroll of over 30,000 people and will be expected to lead projects and process reviews taking an active role in improving the efficiency of the Shared Service Centre. You will also be expected to deliver presentations and raise the profile of the payroll function throughout the organisation.

Applicants must have recent experience of providing a large payroll service using an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle. You must also possess commercial acumen along with excellent communication skills.
