PAYROLL CLERK / ACCOUNTING CLERK Job in Miami 33156, Florida Us
High end, high volume, off-premise Miami catering company is accepting applications for a self starting individual who enjoys accounting and fine cuisine. This position is full time and best suited for someone who wants stability in the workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Duties
· Process weekly payroll
· Pay weekly payroll tax liabilities
· 401k payments and reporting
· Report and pay H S A contributions
· Report and pay child support payments
· Assist with quarterly and annual payroll reports
· Third Party Sick Pay Liability payments
· Other duties as required
HR Duties
· Assist in maintenance of employee files and applications
· Assist with Benefits management
Retail Duties
· Assist with Inventory Management and Recordkeeping
· Post Maintain daily register files
Other Duties
· Invoicing/Client Management
· Petty Cash Management
· Post multiple transactions into QuickBooks
· Other Duties as required
Qualifications:
· Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting
· Outstanding skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Products
· QuickBooks Experience Preferred
· Must be familiar with basic payroll functions
· Must pay close attention to detail
· 2 Year degree or 6 months relevant experience
