Payroll Clerk
Our client in the Irvine area is searching for an experienced payroll coordinator. The company is growing and adding employees. This position will be reporting to a HR Manager. Salary will be in the range of $40,000 to $45,000 annually.
Payroll Coordinator/Clerk
* Process in-house payroll experience with 300+ employees
* Assist HR, benefit administration, W2's and 1099's
* Process bi-weekly check runs, reporting, manual checks, garnishments, process time cards, reconciliations.
* Experience with alternate work schedules, shift differentials, and executive compensation plans is a must.
* Knowledge of California labor laws and reporting
* Data entry of time and attendance.
* Experience with ADP EZ Labor
* Strong systems skills strong communication skills to answer employee inquiries and discrepancies.
* REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's preferred, ADP, 200+ eemployee payroll experience, good excel, and good customer service mentality.
