Payroll Coordinator
Job Description:
- First point of contact for all employee payroll inquiries
- Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely manner
- Research and resolve discrepancies regarding employee pay and paid/unpaid time off
- Enter new-hire paperwork
- Process employee terminations and final paychecks
- Calculate and issue most manual checks: confidential, bonuses, terminations, severance, late timesheets.
- Complete benefit audits
- Administrative duties: mail, create files, stock payroll forms, etc.
- File payroll documents
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of past payroll experience
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer service oriented
- Experience using ADP EV5 is preferred
