Payroll Coordinator – Part

A growing organisation based in canary wharf are currently recruiting for a part time payroll co-ordinator to join their team (15 hours per week). You will join a team of three including the payroll manager processing pay for 3500 staff. You will be processing payroll from start to finish and dealing with enquiries from across the organisation from graduates to senior management.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
Experienced payroll professional.
Working knowledge and experience of PAYE, national insurance, pensions and other relevant statutory requirements, for example, maternity and sick pay.
Knowledge of payroll systems (ideally Centrefile but not essential).
Importantly you will be a strong and clear communicator able to respond to queries with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
