SUMMARY:
Performs work as an integral part of the Rochester, New York Shared Services Center team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all Associate Court Ordered Witholding Documents (Garnishments) for North America and Canada. Researches and resolves related issues. Works under general supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reviews mail received by the Wage Administration Department. Returns or forwards documents as required.

Analyzes Court ordered withholding documents and enters into PeopleSoft System.

Interfaces with government agencies, legal entities and Field personnel to resolve issues.

Determines validity of settlement requests and negotiates with agencies to reduce terms and related fees.

Intervenes on behalf of Field personnel and the Legal Department in cases of Judgement hearings. Negotiates terms and determines actions needed for a positive outcome.

Researches returned Garnishment checks and requests for refunds. Coordinates a reissue if needed.

Representing Adecco by filling out as well as signing legal documents.

Prepares documentation for the reversal of judgments against Adecco.

Works hand in hand with accounts payable legal depts. on various in depth and high priority situations.

Handles high volume calls and faxes from various branches, child support agencies as well as law firms.

Processes mail backs as needed.

Complete special projects as assigned by Department Manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Two-year Associate degree preferred.
Preferred: six to twelve months related customer service, payroll processing and data entry experience.

Individual must have the ability to multi-tasking by prioritizing, analyzing, and resolving tasks. Must be organized and have excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excellent Data Entry Skills / Email Savvy
Peoplenet payroll experience is a huge plus !!

Work Hours Availability between 8:00AM - 8:30PM
