JOB TITLE: Payroll Manager
JOB TYPE: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
JOB LOCATION: Milton Keynes

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager for an established and recognisable company in Milton Keynes. This company are leading in their field and a global brand and therefore offer a professional environment to all employees.

This position will be responsible for the payroll of roughly 500 salaried employees on an end to end basis. You will be calculating manual adjustments including bonus payments, foreign currency payments, and other complex adjustments. You will have to look after the pensions and auto enrolment system. This position also offers the ability to review processes and current ways of working and assist with streamlining the current payroll process to benefit the business. Other responsibilities will include producing reports to Senior Managers/Directors as well as providing support to the business with pay queries and issues.

The successful candidate will have a solid payroll background from a large organisation and be able to confidently deal with a range of complex issues and adjustments on a regular basis. You will be a self starter and someone who enjoys analysing processes and using your own experience to assist with optimising the payroll processes. This is an all encompassing payroll position which would suit an experienced payroller who has an eye for continuous improvement and process development, as well as enjoying busy end to end payroll.
