Payroll Manager Job in Glenview 60026, Illinois Us
A publicly traded manufacturing company headquartered in the northern suburbs has an opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The firm offers very competitive benefits including an employee stock purchase program and tuition reimbursement. The Payroll Manager will be heavily involved in special projects and process improvement. This position is responsible for processing all payroll operations to ensure a smooth, accurate and timely payroll process. This includes journal entries, reconciliations, implementing/improving all processes, including work flow, time frames and business practices for all US and international payroll functions. To be considered for this position, candidates should have 7+ years of payroll experience with a large corporation and possess excellent project management skills. The candidate should have experience implementing payroll systems and preferably time keeping systems. ADP Payforce/Etime and Kronos experience is preferred.
