This is a permanent appointment, with a 5* luxury hotel chain that is a part of an elite group that operates worldwide.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for preparing and processing the payroll accurately including calculating timesheets and overtime, dealing with information requests from HMRC, preparing P45’s/P60’s/P11D’s etc and analysing attendance records. You will also be monitoring holidays, ensuring compliance with WTR and reconciling monthly reports.
You may be called upon to assist the Financial Controller with budgets preparation plans
We are seeking a well groomed communicator who can hit the ground running. Advanced customer service and communication skills are required, together with experience as a Payroll Officer from a Hotels background. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience of working on ADP and Fourth Hospitality are essential. Skills in Opera and Sun would be a distinct advantage
