About our Client

A well renowned and stable business located in the CBD, our client is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their expanding finance department.

Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, your role will include but not be limited too;

  • Accurate coding of timesheets in accordance with relevant awards and agreements
  • Processing relevant new starter and termination administration
  • Accurate calculations of back pays, high duties and terminations
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Monitoring payments in regards to awards, EBAs and employment contracts
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned to you by management

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience performing end-to-end payroll in a high volume environment. Possessing a strong work ethic, you will excel being a proactive member of a team. You will have excellent time management, problem solving and communication skills. Exposure to a large ERP program will is required.
