Payroll Operations Manager
Our client based in central Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager job to join their busy team.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to help manage a team of 5-6 payroll staff. As payroll Manager you will be expected to ensure the payroll function runs smoothly, as well as coaching and empowering your team to deliver the best results possible. As part of the management team, you will be expected to always lead by example and promote your passion for the company by driving the company forward and embracing change.
As a Payroll Manager, you will have had experience in a similar role at this level and be an excellent motivator of people as well as a self starter who can hit the ground running.
