Payroll Pensions Administrator

Job Purpose

Our Client is currently looking for a Payroll Pensions Administrator who is capable of working in a high paced payroll environment and experienced in Corepay

Key Responsibilities
* Data inputting into payroll systems
* Administration of ARF Payments
* Engage in manual tax calculations
* Extensive use of ROS services.(P45 Processing),generate P60 etc
* Engage in Payroll checking and assist the payroll team where needed
* Generate payroll reports and assist in the year -end process
* Deal with Phone queries and assist in the year -end process
* Other miscellaneous queries as required by the Payroll Manager

Key Qualifications and Experience
* Corepay experience is essential
* Strong Office skills is essential (Excel, word and lotus notes)
* Familiarity with ROS services is desirable
* Good reporting skills
* To be able to work in a high paced payroll environment
* IPASS qualification is preferred, but not essential
* Training will be provided
