Payroll & pensions manager

My client is a prestigious education facility looking for an experienced payroll and pensions manager to join their busy team based in the centre of Bristol.

This role has now become available due to the current payroll and pensions manager retiring. The successful candidate will be reporting directly in to the deputy finance director.

You must have excellent communication and management skills and be convincing and persuasive in negotiations and also have tact and diplomacy when dealing with individuals. You must have the ability to manage, supervise, organise workload and motivate team members. Strong IT skills are essential and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet.
