Payroll Processor (Anaheim) Job in Anaheim 92806, California US
Candidates in this position will be assigned to perform all activities necessary to process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for the Company.
Duties Responsibilities:
· Compiling related reports for payroll
· Maintain filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports
· Prepare special reports for management
· Verifying, inputting, and auditing payroll data
· Compute wage, overtime, and bonus payments
· Process involuntary deductions such as levies, child support, and garnishments
· Export and download payroll data from time tracking system to payroll system
· Maintain and track benefits hours for employees
· Prepare, assemble, and distribute all payroll checks for bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
· Generate termination and manual checks
· Perform various duties/assignments as needed
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of corporate level payroll experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
· Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within reasonable timelines
· Ability to reconcile and manage various compensation bonus batches
· Experience and knowledge with payroll auditing
· Must possess excellent attention to detail with proactive accountability
· Experience working in a financial banking institution is a PLUS
