Payroll Senior

A Rotherham based organisation are looking to take on an experienced Payroll Senior to join the existing payroll team.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the Payroll is run on a 4 weekly basis with minimal issues, to provide support and guidance to the administrators and deal with any complex queries. To also lead on all Payroll projects ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved and projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Checking keying of Payroll ensuring any errors are picked up before sign off
· Dealing with more complex queries
· Processing all RTI – including NVR’s/SL’s/EDl
· Liaise with the HMRC and third party clients
· Co-ordinating and managing Auto enrolment
· Upload bonus payments· To process BACS payments
· Send ROI salaries via Bank of Ireland
· Ensuring all P45’s/P46’s are produced and distributed on time
· Managing ROI PAYE payments using Business Online
· Revenue Online administration for employee’s – P2C’s, PRSI, USC etc
· Checking and reviewing all expenses, ensuring company policies are being adhered to and feedback to colleagues where appropriate
· Providing costing’s for finance, setting costing up on payroll for new stores/departments/roles
