Payroll Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available within a unique organisation linked to the pensions reform. As Automatic Enrolment launches next month the payroll systems need to be prepared to support the on-boarding of new employers.
As the business is in the early stages of planning for this, the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running as the lead decision- maker in the project team. The ideal candidate will have come from a payroll provider and have good experience managing systems change for a very high volume of employees.

Strong communication skills are vital as you will be working with staff across the business, and in particular, IT consultants, so an in-depth understanding of how payroll systems work is vital. Previous exposure to pension schemes would be highly beneficial in this role. The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified and have a background in Project Management.
