The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management. Working knowledge of taxable and non-taxable wages, work codes, general ledger, ability to work well with others, and strong detail orientation.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

This position requires a team player who has strong communication, customer service, organizational, clerical and accounting skills.  Stable work history in a payroll position, bookkeeping, multi-state payroll, tax reporting, light typing and 10-key by touch required.  Construction Industry experiences a plus.  Should be detail oriented, organized and able to work with limited supervision with the ability to follow through on projects, prioritize and multi-task. 

 

Salary:  Commensurate with experience.
