Payroll Specialist
Position Summary: Process / Manage the payroll process for temporary employees
Areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process payroll weekly in an accurate manner
• Coordinate direct deposits and paycards for temporary employees
• Communicate with branches regarding payroll issues
• Maintain accurate records in database
• Audit orders, pay rates, bill rates. . . input by branches for accuracy
• Generate weekly/monthly reports from data base as needed by branches and corporate
• Manage the delivery process for paper checks
• Generate Invoices on a weekly basis
• Assist with the collection process for past due invoices
• Process yearly W-2's
• Manage child support, BIC, and garnishment deductions
• File reports as required by government regulations monthly
• Support functions of the Accounting Department
Must have experience processing payroll for 700+ employees.
