My client, a globally known FMCG Manufacturing company with outstanding annual growth has launched an initiative to transform the way HR Transactions Payroll Services are delivered. They are ultimately creating an HR Operations function that provides comprehensive solutions for employees, managers and other business partners through HR technology and common processes.

My client is looking for a Payroll Systems and Compliance Coordinator to join their Payroll and Compliance team in Bristol.

In this varied job you will be helping the Compliance team to deliver their business requirements by system administration of ResourceLink to ensure that it is continues to be fit for purpose and a ‘best in class’ solution for the company.

Also after understanding and streamlining processes you will be creating new reports to support the business reporting requirements.

To thrive in this job you need to have a working knowledge of Pension administration and financial aspects such as GL reconciliation and payments and also excellent and up-to-date knowledge of ResourceLink and Payroll legislation.
