Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this team leader position will need to be responsible for supervising, monitoring and guiding a team of twelve payroll officers as well as ensure the accurate fortnightly payrun for approximately 6000 employees. Other responsibilities will include;
• Full function payroll
• Prepare and run full monthly and executive payroll
• Team management
• Quality customer service
The Successful Applicant
As a Payroll team leader, you will need to possess the following attributes;
• Previous experience in managing and leading large payroll teams
• Full function high volume payroll processing
• Extensive award interpretation and knowledge needed
• High quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
