Responsibilities: PLEASE NOTE:THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION!Under direct supervision, processes payroll in ADP system for employees ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Enter supplier and vendor information and process corresponding invoices. In addition, will interact and maintain the supplier and vendor relationship.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing through the ADP Pay Force system. Reconcile and audit payroll prior to final calculation, processing and validate confirmed reports. Calculate and process manual checks and termination payouts in accordance with policies, state and federal laws. Process the third party payroll applications for payroll audit and analysis. Enter payroll documents (i.e. direct deposit, state, local federal tax information) in a timely manner. Maintain proper customer service is delivered to internal and external customers. Work with Payroll Tax, Human Resource and Benefit teams to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws. Review, audit, obtain approvals and process supplier and vendor invoices and electronic uploads. Match, enter and verify receipts for PO related invoices. Review check request for appropriate approvals, validate proper accounting treatment and enter vouchers. Coordinate reconciliations of vendor accounts for discrepancies and escalate items as necessary. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reconciliations of reporting as required. Assist with other duties as necessary.KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred. Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
