Our client, in the east end, has an immediate opportunity for a Payroll Accounting Administrator to join their finance team.
Payroll Accounting Administrator
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Process and update employee information
- Manage all payroll related payments
- Handle month-end procedures
- Payroll g/l account reconciliation
- Year end payroll process including reporting
- Handle all payroll enquiries
- Invoicing/Cash application
- Bank Reconciliations Deposits
- A ccount Reconciliations Analysis
- Sales Tax Remittances (GST/HST/QST)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hands on payroll experience
- Unionized payroll a strong asset
- Payroll certification or nearing completion
- Excellent customer service skills and a good team-player
