Offshifts = Shift Differential

Upon arrival at Johnson Electric:
pull into Gate #1 – Employee Visitors
go to the middle building entrance
To assemble quality product on schedule per procedures, while following proper 5S, safety, and employee conduct standards.

Roles Responsibilities

Produce quality product per standard work process procedures.
Follow and promote good 5S and safety practices.
Meet production goals with consistency and complete all necessary production paperwork.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement activities of the company through PEP, Kaizens, etc.
Promote teamwork within the department by helping others and having a positive attitude.
Communicate production and quality problems immediately to proper support personnel.
