Pactron, a Board Level Engineering Manufacturing Services company based in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for an experienced PCBA Process Engineer. The educational and professional experience requirements are as follows.
Job Description: Experienced Process engineer with at least 5 years of experience in SMT printed circuit board assembly for developing, maintaining, and optimizing process flows.
· BS with 5 years of Hands-on SMT Printed Circuit Board Assembly Process Experience
· Identification and Improvement of product quality, process capability and product relieability
· Experience with ability to adapt to a low volume, high mix dynamic environment
· Develop and maintain process and equipment control using SPC
· Troubleshoot process related issues with strong problem solving skills
· Knowledge and experience must include reflow profiling, pick and place, screen printing, BGA and Micro-BGA rework
· Understand and ensure technicians and operators are in compliance to the requirements of Quality Procedures
· Responsible for implementation of ECO and last minute changes.
