PCI DSS Compliance Manager
Business Services provides the services that keep RBS running, including Technology Services, Group Operations and Corporate Services. We put money in the ATMs, keep the Bank's technology systems operating, maintain the branch network, protect our customers from fraud, process millions of pounds of payments across the world and provide call centre and online services. Corporate Security Services (Security and Fraud) seeks to work together to protect our business and our customers and to be an intelligence-led proactive team, proud to work collaboratively with the business to assess threats and drive risk-based decisions. In order to do all that we have seven specialist teams; Investigations, Co-ordination, Intelligence and Investigations (CII), Physical Security, Fraud Prevention, Assurance, Records Management, Information Payments Security (IPS).
As a PCI DSS Compliance Manager, you'll be critical in managing the on-going PCI DSS compliance status of the Group by managing the operating procedures of the support function. You'd support the Senior PCI DSS Manager to develop, implement and maintain an efficient and scalable process to control, monitor and report compliance for the Group. This means working with divisions and technology service providers to understand, collect and assess all materials required for certification processes. You'll also maintain the strategic planning tools including time recording, time-planning and financial planning. Whilst tracking progress towards compliance, you'll work with divisions to oversee the closure of action plans and report progress made. We'll look to you to manage PCI DSS communications and awareness messages and work with the rest of Information Security to align awareness campaigns and activity.
To succeed as a PCI DSS Compliance Manager, your experience will ideally include:
- Specifying, developing, implementing and maintaining systems and processes to enable workflow, store information and monitor and detect compliance levels
- Developing, managing and running technical training courses and developing and maintaining effective technical awareness materials
- Ability to write technical materials in a non-technical way
- Analysis and presentation of complex data for the production of reports
- Producing a variety of effective communications to teams across many countries
- Line management experience
- Professional qualifications or equivalent within information security
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear and concise reports
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
