Job Description:
Looking for PC/LAN 1 for the following:
This position has the responsibility recovering data off of machines that have failed to back up all data through the DLO process.
Following established guidelines, tracks packages and ensures PCs coming in are gathered as soon as they arrive and are checked in
Receives and Documents daily incoming machines and Hard Drives, sorts, validates, and uploads information in to Enterprise Configuration Services Data Recovery Website
Escalates to senior staff and management when solution is unclear Reports problems with procedures
Must be able to handle a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects and shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability and willingness to sort and relocate desktop and laptop PCs by Serial Number Ability to follow processes and ask questions when process cant be followed.
The Enterprise Configuration Services team is a fast paced work environment. It is essential that the candidate possess a sense of urgency, time management, and customer service skills.
Platform and Skill Set Expertise:
PC Support: Desktop Support, PC Support: A+ Certification
Duration: 12 months
Location: Des Moines, IA
