The  ideal  candidate  will  possess  the  following  background  and  skill  sets:

•    Top  tier  undergraduate  degree,  with  exceptional  academic  performance

•     1-­3  years  in private equity, investment/commercial banking, or consulting

•    Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills,  including  advanced  MS  Word,
      Excel  and  PowerPoint  skills

•    Strong  financial  analysis  skills,  including  solid  accounting  and  financial  modeling
      skills

•    Solid  organizational  and  time  management  skills

•    High  motivation  and  attention  to  detail

•    Ability  to  learn  quickly  and  work  independently  as  well  as  being  a  team  player
