In February 2002, Ping An Trust obtained approval from the People's Bank of China for re-registration. Its registered capital has increased four-fold, reaching RMB 6.988 billion and making it the largest trust company in mainland China in terms of registered capital.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the board to plan and manage PE middle stage activities. Making good communications and reports. Make sure the PE projects investing are matching the company strategic development in a whole.
• Organize and lead the team to carry on evaluation activities and risk management to ensure the quality of the projects.
• Responsible for organizing PE project industry research and maintaining the evaluation system running smoothly with particular investment standards and risk control guidance.
• Communicate and negotiate with different departments and the voting team, make sure the job is taken place smoothly.
• Organize the PE team to work along well with other business sector teams.

Requirements:

• Holding Economics, Finance or Business Management related Degree. Master degree or above.
• Professional finance or investment qualifications are preferred
• Strong PE investment experience. Would like to move from front line to middle office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prefer Big4 + PE investment mixed experience.
• Be able to manage and plan, negotiate and communicate with all different parties.
• Strategic and logical thinking.
