Our client is a globally renowned firm specializing in real estate investments with a strong asia pacific presence and has a strong profitable track record and is highly successful in the space they operate in.
They are presently looking for fund finance controller, who will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for one of the Funds. This will include monthly IFRS reporting, cash flow budgeting, fund consolidation, reporting of fund financials to investor, accounting advisory on real estate related transactions, disposals and acquisitions, managing deliverables from the fund administration team.
You should be a qualified accountant with at least 7 years of relevant experience with through knowledge in portfolio accounting and real estate accounting and IFRS and GAAP applications.
