PE Fund Operation recruitment

 Responsibilities:


          1.         Facilitate in fund accounting, fund administration, investor relations/reporting, tax filing, as well as regulatory reporting;

2.         Assist Financial Controller in performing finance control and regulatory compliance for management companies, ensuring compliance with PRC procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory rules in China;

3.         Take control in the audit process and liaise with auditors and outsourcing companies;

4.         Hands-on production of financial statements, management reporting, accounting and analysis, voucher preparation and input, bank reconciliation, etc

5.         Support private equity investment professionals and involve actively in the post-investment management activities, including Investment Committee reporting, project monitoring, divestment of projects etc.

6.        Facilitate all business related communication and coordination with back office departments, such as Legal and Finance, as indicated by the internal process and procedure

Knowledge:


          1.         Strong understanding of various accounting regulations and international reporting standards is important

2.         Good understanding of PE fund administration, valuation, custody, compliance with experience in setting up the processes

Core Qualifications:


          1.         5+ years of related working experience from Big-4 firms focusing on banking, financial services and/or PE firms focusing on private equity fund management or investment management business is a MUST

2.         Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with client orientation and service delivery focus

3.         Problem solving skills and ability to deal with all levels

4.         Good command of both oral and written in English, CET-6 or above

5.         Ability to coordinate and leverage on CICC internal resource

6.         Good team player with integrity
