PE Investment Analyst recruitment
The analyst will assist senior PE dealmakers in the closing of a number of new investment opportunities as well as working on the current portfolio of investments. Tasks will include modeling and valuations, carrying out financial due diligence, liaising with company management, assisting in structuring deals and executing transactions.
They expect that candidates will have an exemplary educational background (the majority of the firm are Oxbridge educated) and have between one and four years MA experience at a bulge bracket or top independent investment bank.
Summary:
• Bulge bracket/top independent IB MA experience (first year analyst up to first year associate)
• Strong technical skills (due diligence, modeling, valuations)
• Genuine interest in small and medium sized businesses
• Strong academic background - First or 2.1 (or equivalent) from high ranking university/business school)
