Pediatrics Nurse
I am currently looking for a Paediatric Nurse to fill shifts at NHS Trusts in and around Birmingham.
We have a preferred supplier agreement in place with The Royal Stoke Hospital which means that we benefit from receiving large amounts of work across a range of different ward placements within the hospitals. We currently have flexible long and short term contract work available various wards within the Hospital. We offer flexible employment and work opportunities in accordance to your specific availability – we will only place you when and where you want to work!
You will need to be very intuitive and immensely reassuring. Non-verbal communication skills and the ability to play sensitively with a child will be vital. Equally you will have to be confident at handling the distress of parents. It's likely that you'll need to teach the child's parents/carers what may need to be done to carry on with treatment at home - such support is invaluable.
If you are a fully qualified Registered General Nurse and have at least 6 months work experience in a similar role within a NHS hospital within the last two years then please do not hesitate to apply for this exciting role.
