***This temp-to-hire position has the potential of becoming managerial (Operations Manager) upon successful mastery of the Peer Review position. This growing company requires applicants available for 45-50 hours per week and shift availability between 7am and 7pm Monday through Friday.***

Job Summary
Medical Consulting Case Fulfillment Personnel position is a full-time, hourly position, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Depending on the demands of their clients, Peer Review Personnel may be required to work beyond the 30 hour minimum. Peer Review Personnel will work effectively and efficiently to close cases early or on time every day. Review Personnel will work professionally with physicians and support them and their needs. It is imperative that review personnel watch the daily log of cases and close cases in chronological order.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Receive cases from case assignment personnel
2. Process, close, and be cognizant of time-sensitive material by watching the daily log
3. Guide physicians to fulfill time-sensitive guidelines
4. Speak directly with physicians regarding cases, documenting clinical information provided
5. Add all phone contact notes to the report provided by the physicians
6. Quality control check final reports for grammatical and omitted data
7. Submit final reports to clients on behalf of physicians
8. Take phone messages for physicians and co-workers
Minimum Requirements:
1. Arrive at work on time and ready to work every work day
2. Type at least 65 wpm.
3. Utilize a computer, printer, fax, and telephone in a professional manner
4. Communicate professionally with physicians and clients
5. Take phone messages for physicians and co-workers
6. Multitask and work efficiently under time sensitive pressure
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2003 (or more recent)
