PEGA BPM BUSINESS ANALYST
My client is looking to bring on board a business analyst with niche skills such as PEGA and exposure to BPM Tools, To support the existing team ensuring that there is enough time for resource to also pick-up on existing projects to become effective during the ‘go live’ period.
The resource would preferably need to have knowledge of; Pega PRPC and internal banking systems, BPM Tools and/or tibco etc, iterative methodology, understanding of use cases (including making updates) and be proactive in investigating live incidents (with business, EAD, ADM, testing teams to reach early resolution).
The resource will have to be comfortable with requirement artefacts (requirements catalogue, Use cases, traceability) and have a solid understanding of change management. The ability to work independently (owning tasks and progressing to completion) is critical as are team-working/communication skills (liasing with business, ADM, QA), and stakeholder management.
