Working Experience/Skills:
At least 6 years industry experience across all aspects of systems development, technology strategy creation and management.
Extensive experience in Pega PRPC system development and implementation, in particularly financial services industry
Strong background in consumer banking domain areas (e.g. Wealth Management, Cards Payment, Credit Processing, Banking Channels – Internet, Mobile, Branch, Contact Centre, ATM, etc)
Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Strong background in application and technology architecture design.
Good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized and able to interact professionally and appropriately at all levels of the organization.
Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
Job description:
Lead major capability-build initiatives solution, ensuring alignment of business strategy and technology strategic roadmap.
Engage with business users to define and refine key business processes and key information/data needs for biz initiatives.
Collaborate and strategize with business managers to develop competitive advantage solution for consumer banking area.
Analyze gaps between existing and target business architecture and propose to stakeholders on how gaps and stakeholders’ concerns can be addressed.
Work with all levels of the organization in soliciting strategic imperatives from senior executives and assist in the development of technology roadmaps.
Work with business users to establish principles, directions and standards as it relates to the business process solution framework.
Evaluates the business process solution set to make sure it is flexible enough to support incremental development, ongoing maintenance and future enhancements to the system architecture.
Drive and communicate solutions to Business and IT audience.
Lead the definition of one or more application and technology architecture domains in consultation with the Head of Technology Architecture and the IT Group as a whole.
Provide consultation and issue resolution services to IT colleagues for one or more technology architectures, consulting with other architecture leaders as required.
Review the architecture design of key application projects to ensure alignment with the enterprise strategies, roadmaps, guiding principles, process, procedures and standards.
Have a keen interest in researching leading trends in designated architecture areas.
Assist project delivery teams with identification of projects’ architectural inter-dependencies.
Govern and maintain bank wide architectural standards.
Perform detailed architecture analysis of vendor proposals to ensure compliance to organization requirements.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sc. or Computer Eng. or above in related IT discipline
Certified TOGAF or CBAP or CBA or CCA or CSA will be advantage
