Pensions Accountant - Banking client
My Client a leading financial institution in the Central Business District of Dublin are currently looking to recruit a Pensions Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
•Maintaining the general ledger and preparation of management/financial accounting and statutory accounting information
•Preparation and review of periodic reconciliations (including Bank and investment portfolios)
•Working on the Annual audits of the statutory accounts along with the preparation of the supporting working papers
•Managing and reconciling money movements
•Ad hoc projects and budget processes
•Ensuring all responsibilities are performed to required compliance/audit standards
Key Requirements
•Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
•Pension Fund Accounting experience
•Strong analytical
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Investigative ability / aptitude
•Accuracy and timeliness
•Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
•Ability to work under pressure
Additional Requirements:
•SAP experience advantages
