The role will incorporate a diverse range of tasks administering Pension Fund which has approximately 30,000 members. You will also be required to complete additional tasks to support the wider team.

Keen to get involved in the task ahead, you will ensure your work is carried out in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You will use your customer service skills to handle enquiries from scheme members in order to deal with sensitive matters. As this is a small team there will be plenty of opportunity to take on extra projects and ad hoc tasks. 

You will possess excellent numeracy skills, and have a good working knowledge of office programs. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills as you will need to communicate across all levels with both internal and external departments.

You should also be self-motivated, proactive and able to manage your time effectively whilst adhering to strict timescales. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

This is a Full-Time position offering a generous package that includes pension, life assurance, healthcare and bonus scheme if successful, along with a salary of upto £20K.
