Requirements:

·          A proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years in successful PEO sales experience required.

·          Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.

·          Excellent communication skills (listening, questioning, written and verbal) to ensure the Company’s values are clearly articulated to prospects, a persuasive business case is presented and a professional image is always conveyed.

·          Candidates must be well established within their community as well as within key target markets with strong business relationships and a direct track to business owners and executives.

·          A strategic thinker with a passion for helping clients better position their business through best practice human capital solutions. 

·          A self-motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.
