Job Description
Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories:  Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.


As People Advisor you support general Human Resources activities in Accenture. This also includes facilitation of and involvement in cross Nordic projects. You will work with leadership to understand the business environment and determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities as development activities, daily work planning, talent sourcing or other specific challenges coming up in larger transitions of employees. You will be a part of an HR team consisting of 15 colleagues where professionalism and execution is key.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

 

·         Support management team in legal HR related matters and HR issues in general

·         Drive implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes

·         Advice career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel

·         Handle on-going performance feedback processes

·         Drive transition processes on the people side

·         Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relation issues and provide g guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues

·         Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies and to legislation in general

·         Supporting the integration of new joiners

·         Drive cross Nordic projects together with colleagues in other Accenture locations

Qualifications

·         Master or similar degree within Human Resource or other relevant educational background

·         5+ years relevant work experience, preferably hands-on employee relations experience

·         Highly skilled to advice in any legal employee matter

·         Preferably used to handling personnel matters in transitions

·         Deep knowledge of Human Resources core concepts, such as career management, performance management, compensation, employment law, and professional development

·         Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·         Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent customer service, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
