Peoplesoft Compensation Planning Consultant

The PeopleSoft (PS) Compensation Planning Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Compensation module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.x implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge manage client relationships within context of individual role. Prefer candidates with 9.1 experience, global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing other PS modules i.e., Payroll, Benefits, Time Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft Compensation module * At least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft 9.0 implementations * At least 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages * Basic knowledge in PS 9.1 experience * At least 1 year experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management * Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft Compensation module * At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.0 implementations * At least 3 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages * At least 1 year experience in PS 9.1 experience * At least 3 years experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
