Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington DC.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Process Solutions Group working on the Department of Treasury HR Connect program. We are looking for a talented individual who can lead a deployment team for Treasury's HR Connect suite of human capital applications.

Working closely with a Government Task Manager, the candidate will help lead the day-to-day activities of a joint customer/consultant deployment team. The candidate must have experience successfully deploying automated human resources (HR) solutions, particularly the PeopleSoft Federal HRMS, in a medium to large-scale federal agency. The position includes oversight responsibility for all areas of deployment including fit/gap analyses, requirements analyses, change request development, functional description documentation, conversion, communications, facilitation, and training. Responsibilities include both supervisory responsibilities and support of the Government counterpart with project administration and planning, tracking and presentation of deliverables, problem resolution, and meeting facilitation. The candidate may also personally create work products if required.

Other responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining visibility with the customer, and consistently delivering timely, high quality products and services on current and/or new task orders/contracts. Work is onsite at 1750 Pennsylvania Ave NW.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

T welve years of progressive levels of responsibility implementing software systems and training solutions.

Six years management experience and four years in the Federal HR and/or Federal PeopleSoft arena.

Familiarity with a minimum of two modules within the PeopleSoft Federal HRMS.

Two years experience conducting fit/gap analyses, requirements analyses, change request development, and functional description documentation.

Two years experience facilitating customer issues related to conversions and deployment of new software to support HR business processes.

Experience in marketing/communicating system/project objectives to a broad audience to include the senior management and rank-and-file employees

W illingness to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Good problem solving skills, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and good writing skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Bachelor's degree.

Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of CMMI practices is

desirable.
