Programmer Analyst Principle I
Qualifications:
• Experience developing in PeopleSoft application version 9.1
• FCM (Finance) experience
• HCM, ELM, or Portal experience a plus
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.51
• Integration Broker experience
• Application Engine experience
• Able to develop and manage a project.
• Ability to effectively present and explain complex solutions
• Able to identify root causes of problems. Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement solutions for the causes identified
• PeopleSoft 9.x upgrade experience a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives
• Demonstrated thought leadership in a development discipline or toolset
• Able to identify root causes of problems. Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement solutions for the causes identified
• Able to work unsupervised in a rapidly changing multitask environment
• Able to develop and manage a project plan, including strong interpersonal and communication skills
