We help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft Advisory Senior Associate to join us in our New York or Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:
- Work on PeopleSoft or Human Resources (HR) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource
- Plan ERP optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the PeopleSoft applications
- Participate in PeopleSoft business processes mapping and in the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements for various clients including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
- Review PeopleSoft application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment
Qualifications:
- Five years of PeopleSoft HCM experience with significant experience with PeopleSoft ePerformance; experience with Succession Planning, and Career Planning is preferred; experience with PeopleSoft Version 9.0 or 9.1 preferred
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Experience in working with all phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
- Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
