PeopleSoft HCM - Functional Analyst
SOW.JWB.PA Position : PeopleSoft HCM ndash; Functional Analyst Responsibilities : Support steady state operations of PeopleSoft 8.9 Talent Modules with a special focus on Performance Management. Includes researching issues with PeopleSoft application, defining functional requirements for baseline projects (such as Performance Management cycle, Compensation Planning cycle) and guiding non-PeopleSoft experienced team members. Will partner with Application Developers. Support issue resolution of defects found during user acceptance testing of PeopleSoft 9.1 modules . Modules may include all or several of the following: Profile Management, Performance Management, Career Planning and Candidate Gateway / Talent Acquisition Manager. Also provide design advice on the Talent Modules and quality assurance on build activities. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less experienced Business Analysts. Qualifications : Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 8.9 or higher a must ( v 9.1 a nice to have). Experience with 1 or more of the following PeopleSoft modules in order of preference: ePerformance, core HCM, Candidate Gateway / TAM, Profile Management, Career Planning Seeking Lead Functional analyst and/or Project Management skills. Can manage a plan and guide less experienced resources. Good communication skills important as role will be business facing. Any PeopleFluent / Authoria Compensation application experience is a huge plus. This is NOT a developer position, it is a PeopleSoft functional analyst that can assist with configurations . Highly skilled and competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
