BAE Systems requires a developer with extensive experience implementing, upgrading, and modifying PeopleSoft HelpDesk. The candidate should have experience with version 9.1 of the application and tools 8.5 and know how to make configuration and development changes to the application.
This position will be supporting the HR-Finance Shared Services implementation which includes implementation of several customer care technologies, including Novell Access Manager Single Sign-On (SSO), PeopleSoft HR Helpdesk, Oracle ECM, and Oracle Web Center. These technologies will integrate with one another, and will also integrate with PeopleSoft HCM and call center technology. All HR business processes are being analyzed and harmonized which will serve as the basis for the PeopleSoft HD implementation.
In support of Shared Services, BAE System desires to implement PeopleSoft HelpDesk to serve as the core case management tool for the shared services implementation. Additionally, it is the project's intention to fully leverage the application's knowledgebase capability and its full integration into case management. PeopleSoft HelpDesk will be accessed through Oracle WebCenter leveraging SSO. The Case Management tool will be fully integrated into the Cisco telephony system. The Case Management functions to be implemented will support the HR and Finance (Payroll and AP) shared service business functions.

12+ Years with BS or 10+ Years with MS or 7+ Years with PhDRequired Experience:
Required Skills:
* 8-10 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, modifying, and configuring any of the PeopleSoft Call Center modules(HR Help Desk, IT Help Desk or Support). * Strong technical development and configuration skills and proven record of on-time delivery. * Development expertise with as many of the listed technologies as possible. * Strong problem solving ability with sound leadership and interpersonal skills. * Strong experience with PS Integration Broker is required and implementation of the integrations between HelpDesk and HRMS is preferred.Preferred Skills:
The role will assist PS HD IT Technical Point of Contact for PeopleSoft Shared Services in: 1. Full life cycle delivery of the PeopleSoft HelpDesk implementation. 2. Development of PeopleSoft HelpDesk integrations. a. Development of new inbound messages for Case. b. Customizing the delivered Worker and 360-Degree View integrations to HR. c. All other inbound/outbound integrations for the implementation of HelpDesk. 3. Full compliance with BAE Systems Life Cycle Management (LCM) process. 4. Documentation as required in support of the LCM process. 5. Reporting development status and accomplishments to HelpDesk leads.
